Sony Xperia acro HD root GUIDE / TUTORIAL
This is a rough translation from ふーか (HUHKA)'s Blogger posted on June 27, 2012

rooting toolkit for XPERIA acro HD (ver1.0.1)
In this version:
・ KDDI’s IS12S
・ docomo’s SO-03D
Both versions are supported.
Batch bugs are fixed.
Installation process revised.
Important Points
-This process goes outside of what the manufacturer and carrier’s warranty covers.
Whatever may happen to your device, do not rush into a shop with your problems.
You are responsible for you own actions.
-Installation wipes data.
Please back up your data and necessary applications before beginning the installation.
-During the installation process you will be flashing the global XPERIA S LT26i ROM
The device’s battery charge will continue to deplete while flashing.
While installing the LT26i ROM your battery’s charge will fall and you might not be able to recharge even when the device is powered off.
-If you are not able to restore your phone with SEUS or ftf flashing with Flashtool then you might end up with a bricked phone.
-Please make sure you phone is charged to 100% before installation!
-The installation process is a pain in the butt and complicated. It’s also full with traps that might end up bricking your device.
If you are thinking of just giving it a shot and are careless then the chances of a bricked phone will be very high.
If you have trouble with understanding batch operations and the command prompt then you shouldn’t try to root your phone using this installation guide.
-You will need an empty folder labeled ‘files’ for the installation files.
Please keep this folder inside of the acroHDrootingKit folder.
-The ‘files’ folder should be empty.
Please move the required files into the ‘files’ folder after you have acquired them.
*The binary files are not distributed.
Please use your own means to attain them.
